The project was completed for one of the leading Integrated Facility Management companies. The company is known for enhancing the operational capabilities of its clients, amongst which are Free Zones, Residential Communities, Banks, and Malls.
Most sewage pipes are made out of cast iron and are normally heavy. Cast iron pipes are highly vulnerable to moisture condensation and acidic gases. They can show a single penetration failure because of internal stresses. Sewage is a liquid-carried waste, in solution or suspension. MAXON CRS and H2Poxy-A were the products used for the restoration work. They were used as anti-corrosion agents and for reinforcement of the metal along with water resistance.
